Here we have a strawberry-mint cupcake with a vanilla butter cream icing and sliced strawberry as garnish. Also a pineapple-banana-coconut cupcake with ginger icing and banana/coconut shavings as garnish.
These look very pretty. Do you own a bakery or bake from home? What made you decide to bake cupcakes? What are your favorites? How long have you been doing this?
Thank you so much. I do not have a bakery yet so they are made with love from my very own kitchen. I have always loved to cook but never thought of myself as a baker. I became addicted to the show "Cupcake Wars" and thought I can totally do that. In the beginning they were not the best things in the world...lol...but after some trial and error I found my niche. Up until today, my favorite were the ones I think of as kinda tropical...coconut, pineapple, orange, etc. Today, I created what I call the Inside Out Chocolate E'clair and oh my goodness...I have to say it was just delicious.
